In the same way a science major studies in a lab environment, it’s important for culinary students to work in a kitchen so they can gain the hands-on experience needed to help best prepare them for careers in the hospitality industry. This is where Table 67 comes in, Moraine Valley’s very own culinary arts restaurant.
The facility features a commercial kitchen, seating for more than 50 diners and a check-in host station so students can gain the full “front-of-the-house” experience. Table 67 provides the perfect opportunity for community members to enjoy a delicious meal, while culinary arts students get to test out what they’re learning in the classroom and showcase their talents before graduation.
